JOHN MILUM
ATTORNEY
John is the eighth generation of his family to live in Marion County. After graduating from Harrison High School, John attended the University of Arkansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with highest honors in 2011. In 2015, John obtained his Juris Doctor, graduating with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
John’s personal and professional interests include real estate investment and development, local community matters and progress, history and economics, and agricultural and construction techniques and advancement.
John and his wife, Lauren, who works with John and manages the law firm and their rental properties, greatly enjoy assisting clients in their business and personal legal matters.
LAUREN MILUM
LEGAL ASSITANT
Lauren is a Legal Assistant and the Manager of the Law Office. She is originally from outside of St. Louis and attended Parkway West High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Allied Health and Animal Science from College of the Ozarks in 2013.
Lauren earned her Master of Science degree in Agricultural and Extension Education in 2017 from the University of Arkansas.
John and Lauren got married in 2014 and together they own and operate the law firm and a few local rental properties. They are members of Bellefonte Church of Christ and of Ridgeway Church of Christ. She enjoys many outdoor activities including fishing on the White River, horseback riding, and hiking the beautiful hills of the Ozarks.
Lauren is proud to be a part of the community and is active in local events and fundraisers. She serves on the Board of Directors for Marion County Community Services, Inc.
NANCY FAIFER
LEGAL ASSITANT
Nancy is a Legal Assistant of the Law Firm. She is originally from the Chicago suburbs where she was a practicing attorney.
She graduated from Morton West High School in Berwyn, Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. She received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, and went on to take advanced Masters of Laws coursework at UIC John Marshall Law School.
Nancy and her husband, Chris, a gospel minister, live in Yellville near the Buffalo River in the Ozark Mountains. They enjoy nature and the beauty of this area. Nancy is very happy she can use her legal skills in the community.
